What do you do when we are closed?

Do you need medical help or advice that cannot wait until the Medical Centre reopens?

Phone 111 to contact the NHS111 Out of Hours Service – all calls to this number are free from landlines and mobiles.

Please do not go directly to the Out of Hours treatment centre as appointments are strictly by invitation and you may be refused access.

All telephone conversations with the Out Of Hours Centre are recorded for your own protection.

In a life threatening emergency dial 999 and ask for an ambulance.

NHS 111 Online

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

  • Treat yourself at home
  • Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.

Practice Training Dates

In order to improve the service we provide for you - our patients - we will be closed on the following afternoons for training.

There is still an urgent service available should you need to access healthcare during the afternoon and if you do need NHS help during this time please call 01243 976960
